BOOKING POLICIES

YOUR TIME AND YOUR APPOINTMENT  IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. YOUR APPOINTMENTS ARE RESERVED JUST FOR YOU AND WE HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS ARE NECESSARY. THEREFORE; WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST A 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE 50% OF THE SERVICE COST THAT DAY IF CANCELLATIONS ARE MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. 

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND WOULD LIKE TO RESCHEDULE, WE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO RESCHEDULE IT FOR YOU WITH NO RESCHEDULING FEE. CONSECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE RESCHEDULED WILL BE REVIEWED, IN WHICH; YOU MAY BE CHARGED A $15.00 RESCHEDULING FEE. 

WE UNDERSTAND THAT RUNNING LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS HAPPENS, IN WHICH CASE WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE CONTACT US WITH THE TIME OF YOUR ARRIVAL. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MIN LATE WITHOUT NOTIFYING US, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A $15.00 LATE FEE AND MAY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

“NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS” - ANYONE THAT MISSES THEIR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT CONTACTING US WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE AMOUNT FOR THAT DAY.

FOR ALL SERVICES FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE:

    - ALL WEDDINGS, EVENTS, INSTALLMENTS, MEMBERSHIPS, AND DEPOSITS ARE TO BE MADE THROUGH INVOICE ONLY. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT FORMS OF PAYMENT BY:

ALL MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE MONTHLY, AT WHICH; YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY POINT IN TIME,

IF YOU RECEIVE ANY CHARGES FOR CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, LATENESS, OR NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED AND IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CARD ON FILE WITH US YOU THEN WILL BE CHARGED IN STUDIO AT YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. 

DEPOSITS  

WE REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FEE FOR THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

  • EYELASH EXTENSIONS (FULL SET, TOUCH UP AND REMOVAL)

  • MICRO-BLADING (FIRST AND TOUCH UP APPOINTMENT)

  • HAIR EXTENSIONS (TAPE AND CLIP IN)

  • KERATIN TREATMENTS

  • CORRECTIVE COLORING 

  • SINGLE AND GROUP LESSONS 

  • GROUP PARTIES 

ALL DEPOSITS VARY, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION. 

THE DEPOSIT FEE MADE IS NON-REFUNDABLE, IT RESERVES YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE/ TIME, AND ENSURES THAT YOU ARE COMMITTED TO THE SERVICE OF YOUR CHOICE. WE SCHEDULE EXTRA TIME FOR YOUR SERVICE TO BE PERFORMED, WITH THAT SAID; WE RESPECT YOUR TIME SO WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU RESPECT OUR TIME. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO HAVE THE SERVICE DONE, RESCHEDULE OR DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ACCORDINGLY AND YOU WILL FORFEIT ALL DEPOSITS MADE. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE APPOINTMENT DATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE AMOUNT. 

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE OFFER ANY SERVICE REFUNDS, WE DO HOWEVER; ALLOW A TWO (2) WEEK PERIOD TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE ANY HAIR OR BEAUTY SERVICE REDONE. 

PRODUCT EXCHANGES AND/OR REFUNDS MUST BE MADE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO PURCHASE AND YOUR RECEIPT MUST BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF YOUR EXCHANGE/REFUND. WE GIVE THE OPTION TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND IN THE FORM OF THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT TYPE OR CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITH US AND YOU CAN CHOOSE TO USE IT TOWARD YOUR SERVICES WITH US OR PRODUCTS.  IF WE DO NOT HAVE A PRODUCT IN STOCK THAT YOU ARE EXCHANGING WE WILL APPLY CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOU CAN CHOSE TO USE THIS ON PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WITH US.

WHEN POSTING ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE OUR WORK BY TAGGING (@LAURANICHOLASONSITE) AND HASH TAGGING (#LAURANICHOLASONSITE) AND IN RETURN YOU WILL RECEIVE 10% OFF ANY SERVICE WE OFFER (THIS APPLIES TO POSTS AND STORIES). 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

ALL THOSE VISITING US FOR THE FIRST TIME ARE REQUIRED TO INFORM US OF ANY/ALL ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVITIES, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ISSUES THAT OCCUR DUE TO MISINFORMING US PRIOR TO CONSULTATION. 

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOU OR YOUR POSSESSIONS DURING YOUR TIME SPENT WITH US IN STUDIO OR ONSITE.  
 

ON SITE POLICIES 

THE INFORMATION ABOVE APPLIES TO BOTH IN STUDIO AND ONSITE POLICIES, HOWEVER; THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION APPLIES TO SERVICES PERFORMED ONSITE. 

PAYMENT POLICIES:

WE ACCEPT PAYMENTS IN THE FORM OF INVOICE, VENMO OR CASH. WE PREFER PAYMENTS TO BE PAID BEFORE THE SERVICE IS COMPLETED, HOWEVER; IF PAYMENTS ARE TO BE PAID AFTER AND ARE NOT RECEIVED BY 8PM THE SAME DAY YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25.00 LATE PAYMENT FEE. 

TRAVEL FEE:

THERE WILL BE A $15-$35.00 TRAVEL FEE DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION FOR ALL ONSITE SERVICES.

ONSITE SERVICES:

WE DO NOT PERFORM THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ONSITE: 

- MICROBLADING OR BROW HENNA

- EYELASH EXTENSIONS, LIFTS OR TINTS

- WAXING  

- CORRECTIVE OR VIVID COLORING

- OIL, THERMAL, OLAPLEX, OR LINKAGE TREATMENTS
